GENTLEDAY EXPERIMENT

|LT| Sveikos merginos, moterys. Šiandien labai moteriška tema. Prieš kelias dienas gavau begalo daug produktų iš ekologiškos lietuvių įmonės Gentleday. Pamaniau, kad įdomiau bus, jei ne aprašysiu visus produktus, o padarysiu mažyti testą/eksperimentą. Jei kuriom iš jūsų tokios temos neaktualios ar kelia šleikštūlį - tiesiog praleiskite šį įrašą. Eksperimentas turės tris fazes. Pirmojoje tikrinsime sukibimą paketo su stalu, antruoju ant paketų pilsiu vienodą kiekį vandens(sumaišyto su valgomaisiais dažais) bei tikrinsime sugėrimą ir trečiąja faze su tuoletiniu popieriumi tikrinsiu ar paketas praleidžia drėgmę ir kaip yra jaučiamasi.

|EN| Hey ladies. Few days ago I got loaaaads of products to test out from lithuanian ecobrand GentleDay. I thought why not to do a test on them and figure out are they better than the ones I use. I know it might be awkward for some of you, so just scroll down if you're not interested. I am going to experiment with the pads. The experiment will have three phases. First of all I am going to stick them to the table to see the adherence of the stickers on pads, then I will pour the same amount of water(with edible dye) on the bads and check the absorbtion of the pads and then minute later I will put a paper towel on them with handpressure to see the humidity and dampness of the pads. So let's get to it.

Testuosiu tris produktus iš Gentleday ir vieną iš Always, kurį pastoviai naudoju. Nuotraukose matote (iš kairės į dešinę) eco iklotus iš Gentleday (žalia pakuotė), jie turi du lašelius, apibūdinančius jų sugerimą. Dešiniau matote dieninius Gentleday(raudona pakuotė) paketus, turinčius šešis lašus. Toliau matome naktinius Gentleday(mėlyna pakuotė) paketus, turinčius net aštuonis lašus. Na ir paskutinieji paketai yra iš Always su šešiais lašeliais.

I am going to test three pads from Gentleday and one from Always that I regulary use. In the pictures you see (from the left to the right) Eco Pantiliners(green packaging), they have 2 drops of the absobtion level, also eco Pads for daytime(red packaging) that have 6 drops of absorbtion level, eco Pads for overnight/heavy flow(blue packaging) with 8 drops of absorbtion level and Always platinum soft like silk with 6 drops of absorbtion.
 

Pirmiausia sukibimas. Geriausiai sukibo paketai iš Always, tačiau kartais būna sunku juos atlėšti nuo apatinių, tad su Gentleday paketais galite to išvengti.

So the first phase is the adherence. The best adherence was from Always, but sometimes you may not be able to get the pad from your panties, so Gentleday ones might be good at that.

Toliau tikrinsime sugėrimą. Pirmiausia iklotai. Jie galėjo sugerti tik vieną ketvirtąją skysčio, todėl juos siūlyčiau naudoti tik menstruacijų pabaigoje ar pačioje pradžioje, kai išskyrų nėra daug.

The next phase was the absorbtion. The first was pantiliners. It could absorb only the 1/4 of the amount I used on other Pads so they are only for the endings of your periods. 

Kaip matote dieniniai Gentleday paketai sugebėjo sugerti visą vandenį, tačiau skystis neplito, o liko vietoje, kas yra negerai, nes tuomet didėja prabėgimo tikimybė.

As you can see the daytime Gentleday pads were able to absorb the whole amount of water. But the bad thing was that the liquid didn't spread. So that way there is higher percentage of the leakage and that is no good.

Naktiniai Gentleday paketai vandenį sugėrė geriausiai ir greičiausiai iš pirmųjų trijų. Bet taip pat skystis liko vietoje ir neplito.

The overnight one was the best of these 3. It absorbed the water really quickly, sadly, but it stayed in one place, didn't spread as well.

Paskutinieji Always naktiniai paketai sugėrė skystį sekundžių eigoje. Vanduo pasiskirstė po visą pakerą, tačiau skystis plito ir į sparnelius, ko nei viena nenori, taip?

And the last Pad from Always absorbed the fastest, it spread, but the water was flowing on the wings as well, which isn't what we want, rigth?

 

Trečiąja faze bandžiau pažiūrėti, kas atsitiks uždėjus tuoletinio popieriaus ant paketų ir šiek tiek paspaudus ranka. Rezultatais įsitikinkite patys.

The third phase was to see if the paper towel could absorb any of the liquids of the Pads. See the results for yourself.

Iklotai bei Always naktiniai paketai atliko darbą blogiausiai, dieniniai Gentleday paketai šiek tiek sudrėkino popierių, na o naktiniai paketai visiškai nesudrėkino popieriaus, tad naudodama juos, jausitės sausai.

Pantiliners and Always ones were the worst at it. And the best were Gentleday daytimes one and overnight one, which was the best at it and held the liquid in the Pad really well, so you won't feel damp on your periods. 

Galiausiai perpjoviau abu naktinius paketus pusiau, pažiūrėti kiek skysčio jie išleis ir tiesiog kas darosi viduje.

Then I cut the overnight one from Gentleday and Always pad in half to see what's going on there.

Kaip matote Always paketas išsklaidė vandenį, tad jis liko gana plonas, o Gentleday paketas tapo gana storas nuo susidariusio kalnelio, kadangi skystis nebuvo išsklaidytas. Nežinau kaip jūs, tačiau aš būtinai išbandysiu šiuos naktinius Gentleday paketus.

You can see that Always spreaded and is pretty thin and Gentleday one stayed in place and is pretty thick. But also whe I pressed the pads, Always one started pouring water and the Gentleday one didnt, it held it super good. I don't know about you, but I am definitely going to try them out!

Apibendrinant, man labai patiko testuoti šiuos produktus, buvo begalo smagu. Tikiuosi jums nebuvo nepatogu skaityti šį įrašą ir tikrai pasiūlyčiau išbandyti šiuos Gentleday naktinius paketus.
