PECAN & MAPLE syrup DANISH

Hello again, ladies. After today's shopping I wanted to make something sweet for my boyfriend, so when he comes back from work, he would be happy. So I made him Caneles de Bordeux and Pecan & Maple syrup danish. I will share this simple recipe with you, so you could make your man happy aswell. Let's get to it!



All you'll need is:
1 pack of frozen yeast flaky pastry
1 egg
Pecan (as much as you want)
Maple syrup






Prepare you pastry for the sizes of danish that you wish. Optically divide your rectangular pastry in 3 equal parts. Cut outerparts in stripes (shown in the picture). Fill th centre with grounded pecans and maple syrup, fold it like rope (shown in picture). Whisk you egg and spred in on surface of your danish. Add some peacan on top and put it in the oven for about 30mins in 180 degrees. Bon appétit!
